Refurbishing a Stroller

It always pays to be frugal, but since I'm at home full-time now, I think projects like this one really help out...plus, I think it's kinda fun :)! (Click on picture to enlarge and read text.)

Wow Katie, $30, that's a deal. It looks great! You've got to love the freedom it gives you. It's amazing how being frugal really is more fun sometimes.
